Application Instructions- Tuition Exemption Forms
Adobe Acrobat PDF Fill-in Forms (entry boxes appear on the document)
1. Click on the title of the form you wish to complete.
2. Using the mouse, click in each entry box and type the requested information.
3. Print the document when completed by clicking on the printer icon located on the Acrobat Reader Tool bar (just above the document body).
Adobe Acrobat PDF Forms (non- fill in)
1. Print the document by clicking on the printer icon located on the Acrobat Reader Tool bar (just above the document body).
2. Complete the document with a pen.

Using MS Word Forms
1. Click on the title of the form you wish to complete.
2. On the Menu bar, select FILE > SAVE AS.
3. When the dialogue box opens, select a location you wish to save the completed document on your computer.
4. Type in a name for your completed document. Click SAVE.
5. Using the mouse, click in each gray box and enter the requested information.
6. On the Menu bar, select FILE > SAVE.
6. Print the document when completed.
